Formal Complaint
Something went wrong.
Let's document it.
This is a formal complaint, not a star rating. It is timestamped the moment you submit and sent to the company, which has ten business days to make it right. Every company is treated the same way, verified or investor-owned: the details are never published, and a company's page shows only a count of complaints and how many were made right.

This complaint is timestamped the moment you submit. We forward it to the company. Every company has ten business days to make it right; a Parity Verified owner hears about it the same day. When it is made right, the complaint closes and counts as made right. The details are never published, for any company: a page shows only how many complaints were filed and how many were made right. A company cannot pay or pressure us to change those counts. Your words and your name stay private.
By submitting, you agree to our Terms of Use and agree that Parity may send your complaint to the company and count it on the company's page. The details are never published.
Complaint received.
Your complaint number is PC-. Keep it; every email about this complaint will carry it. Here is what happens next.
1
We forward it to the company. A Parity Verified owner is told the same day and has ten business days to make it right.
2
You get an email from us. We will ask whether the contractor resolved your issue or not.
3
It is counted. If they made it right, it counts as made right; if not, it counts as not resolved. The details are never published. A verified contractor who does not make it right is paused, then removed.
4
The count stays honest. No company or payment can change it. We correct a count only if a complaint is shown to be inaccurate, if you withdraw it, or if the law requires it.
