1. Hi. "Hi, I'm [your name], and I own [business name]."
2. How long. "I've been doing [trade] for [X] years, right here in [your area]."
3. Why you do it. One sentence: how you got into the trade, the family business you took over, or the standard you hold your crew to.
4. The invite. "Give us a call. We'd love to take care of you."

Owner-run
You own the business and you run it. No absentee owners, no PE roll-ups, no hidden corporate parents. Customers can reach you by name, and you answer for every job, whether you or one of your techs did it.
Meet the owner
A 30-second video (best) or a photo of you, sent with the button in step 3. It goes on your Parity page so homeowners see who owns the company before they call. Videos get the featured spots. Swap it whenever you like; it comes down if you leave.
Make-it-right guarantee
If something you installed or repaired fails because of the work, you go back and fix it at no charge. Parts you did not supply and problems you did not cause are not on you.
Written quote before work begins
A written price before the work starts, after the diagnosis if there is one. A text or an email counts. No surprise charges, and changes to the scope get approved in writing too.
No pressure pricing
Your quote stays good for at least seven days. Nobody is told the price goes up if they wait, or that a discount only lasts while you are in the house. Emergencies still get fixed on the spot; the sales tactics are what is out.
Current license & insurance
Kept current. You let Parity confirm them with the issuing authority and your carrier. Policy numbers stay private and are never published.
If a customer complains
The complaint comes to Parity, not the public. You hear about it the same day and get ten business days to make it right. Nothing about a complaint is published while it is being worked out. Once closed, it becomes part of your record on Parity: complaints received and complaints made right. The record is built from documented, invoice-verified outcomes, never from anonymous reviews. If a pattern of unresolved complaints shows up, your listing is paused, then removed. The Ownership Record is for hidden ownership, never for a service dispute.
