TurnPoint Services (OMERS Private Equity)

Parity lists 55 home-service brands under TurnPoint Services (OMERS Private Equity). They operate in 27 states. The most brands are in Washington, New York, South Carolina, Florida and Indiana. Trades on record: HVAC, plumbing, electrical and generators.

The brands in the table trade under local names, which is why the ownership is easy to miss on a truck, a lawn sign or a search result. A brand with a link has its own page with the source for the ownership, or, for an entry marked reported or linked, exactly what Parity found, and the date of the deal where it is known. A brand without a link is on the record, but Parity has not yet documented where it operates, so it has no page of its own yet.

Ownership does not tell you how good the technician at your door is. It tells you who the company answers to. If an entry on this page is wrong or out of date, use the corrections link below and Parity will fix the record.
