Who owns Sunland Asphalt & Construction?
Huron Capital lists Sunland Asphalt & Construction among its investments. Parity has not documented who controls Sunland Asphalt & Construction itself. What is documented is the other direction: 3 local home-service companies that Sunland Asphalt & Construction names as its partners, each with a source.
Does Sunland Asphalt & Construction own the companies on this page?
Not as far as any source Parity can read shows. Sunland Asphalt & Construction has invested in each of them. The size of the stakes is not published, so Parity lists these companies as investor-backed, control not shown, and counts them apart from the investor-owned record.
Is a company backed by Sunland Asphalt & Construction still local?
It keeps its local name, its phone number and usually its founder. What may change is who has a say in prices and growth. Ownership does not tell you how good the work is; it tells you who the company answers to.
