Who owns Great Day Improvements?
Littlejohn & Co. lists Great Day Improvements among its investments. Parity has not documented who controls Great Day Improvements itself. What is documented is the other direction: 5 local home-service companies that Great Day Improvements names as its partners, each with a source.
Does Great Day Improvements own the companies on this page?
Not as far as any source Parity can read shows. Great Day Improvements has invested in each of them. The size of the stakes is not published, so Parity lists these companies as investor-backed, control not shown, and counts them apart from the investor-owned record.
Is a company backed by Great Day Improvements still local?
It keeps its local name, its phone number and usually its founder. What may change is who has a say in prices and growth. Ownership does not tell you how good the work is; it tells you who the company answers to.
