Centre Partners / LP First Capital
Centre Partners / LP First Capital is an investment firm. Parity’s record names it behind 1 home-service company. The company keeps its local name; this page is where the chain from the name on the truck to the firm behind it can be followed upwards.
Does Centre Partners / LP First Capital own these companies?
For the 1 company listed as investor-backed, a source names Centre Partners / LP First Capital as an investor but none shows who controls the company, so Parity does not say owned. Each company's page carries its sources and the date they were checked.
Is a company backed by Centre Partners / LP First Capital still local?
It keeps its local name, phone number and usually its technicians. What changes is who sets the prices and the sales targets. Ownership does not tell you how good the work is; it tells you who the company answers to.
How does Parity know Centre Partners / LP First Capital is involved?
Only from pages that name the relationship: the group's own site, Centre Partners / LP First Capital's own site or release, or an announcement of the deal. Parity never infers a firm from a resemblance or a rumour. If an entry here is wrong, use the corrections link and it will be checked.

How this page is built
A firm appears here only where a page Parity can read names it: the group’s own site, the firm’s own site or release, or the announcement of a deal. Where a source gives the size of a stake, the company’s page shows it; where it does not, the page says so. Parity does not infer control from an investment.
