At a glance
Parity lists 8 home-service brands under Ally Services (Watchtower Capital). They operate in 3 states: Maryland, New Jersey and Virginia. Trades on record: HVAC and plumbing.
The brands in the table trade under local names, which is why the ownership is easy to miss on a truck, a lawn sign or a search result. A brand with a link has its own page with the source for the ownership, or, for an entry marked reported or linked, exactly what Parity found, and the date of the deal where it is known. A brand without a link is on the record, but Parity has not yet documented where it operates, so it has no page of its own yet.
Ownership does not tell you how good the technician at your door is. It tells you who the company answers to. If an entry on this page is wrong or out of date, use the corrections link below and Parity will correct the record.
