Formal Complaint
Something went wrong.
Let's document it.
This is a formal complaint — not a star rating. It is timestamped the moment you submit. The contractor has 24 hours to respond and make it right. You decide at the end of that window whether to publish it permanently.

Valid email required.
This complaint is timestamped the moment you submit. The contractor will be notified immediately and has 24 hours to respond. At the end of that window, you will receive an email asking whether to publish or close the complaint. If published, it becomes a permanent part of this contractor's Parity record. It cannot be removed by the contractor, by Parity, or by anyone else. Only you can choose not to publish it.
By submitting, you agree to our Terms of Use and grant Parity a license to publish a redacted version of this complaint as part of the contractor's public record. Personal information is removed before publication.
Complaint received.
Your complaint has been timestamped and the contractor has been notified. Here is what happens next.
1
Contractor notified now. They have 24 hours to respond and make it right. The clock is running.
2
You get an email in 24 hours. We will ask whether the contractor resolved your issue or not.
3
You decide. If they made it right, you can close the complaint — no record published. If they did not, one click publishes it permanently to their Parity listing.
4
Once published, it is permanent. No contractor, lawyer, or payment can remove a published Parity complaint. Ever.
